• Part of the team that represented the Official Liquidator (Hon’ble High Court of Bombay) in the landmark matter of Securities and Exchange Board of India v. Subrato Roy Sahara and Others.

• Advised and litigated matters related to mutually agreed upon and contentious divorce petitions.

• Advised on matters related to securing and infringement of trademarks.

• Successfully mediated matters related to commercial recovery disputes for traders, transporters and manufacturers and their associations.

• Drafted & filed Special Leave Petitions, Criminal & Civil Appeals, Review Petitions, Counter Affidavits, Applications for reliefs along with Affidavits for Compliance before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and Authorities such as Central Administrative Tribunal and National Green Tribunal.

• Drafted & filed Special Leave Petitions, Criminal & Civil Appeals, Revision Petitions before the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, replies to petitions/appeals filed before various forums such as Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Telecom Dispute Settlement Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property.

ESG experience

• Competent to deliver training and provide advisory on The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH). Completed the Train the Trainer Program on POSH Act, 2013 on 22 February 2024 offered by Concept of Living Charitable Trust.

• Filed a Public Interest Litigation against the office memorandum issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change in India which allowed corporations to obtain a post facto clearance which was against the provisions of the Environmental Impact Notification of 2006 & 1994. • Filed an Original Application before the National Green Tribunal, New Delhi to implement a temporary ban on sale, manufacture and use of firecrackers in National Capital Region of India in light of the deteriorating air condition and increasing COVID-19 cases. • Part of the team that worked with BW Businessworld, a leading business magazine in India to present an annual ranking of India’s most sustainable companies. Responsibilities include assessing the performance of India’s top 200 listed companies based on publicly available sources across 31 key sustainability performance indicators focused on resource efficiency, social entrepreneurship, financial management, employee wellbeing, clean revenue and inclusive supply chain, drafting scorecards and recommendations for companies and contributing with insights and analysis on corporate sustainability trends in India.

• Assisted in the implementation of research initiatives for the Dubai World Trade Centre towards UAE’s transition to a net zero economy. This included working with the integrated team for writing white papers and research notes for the event GITEX Impact.

• Conducted research on the global ESG regulations applicable on financial institutions.

• Drafted a note on the Conference of Parties 15 to the United Nations Convention of Biodiversity (COP15) organized by the United Nations Environment Program, in Montreal, Canada, 7th -19 December 2022 and its implications on businesses.

• Contributed actively to the establishment of the Anant School for Climate Action, Ahmedabad, India.
